
PeteZeria Forno Menu
Neopolitan-Style pizzas made from scratch using imported Italian products when available otherwise we use locally sourced and organic ingredients. We serve our pizzas buffet style, cut into 8 slices. Our kitchens is an open area where your guests can come watch us cook and ask questions.
Vegan cheese is an option upon request as it is a specialty item that is not carried at all events.
Arugula è Prosciutto
San Marzano tomato sauce, and fresh mozzarella, Finished with dry cured prosciutto, fresh arugula, toasted pine nuts, and drizzled with a balsamic reduction.
Asparago
Fresh grilled asparagus on a pesto base. Finished with French triple cream brie, toasted pine nuts, and a dusting of parmesan cheese.
Cippoli con Gorgonzola
Caramelized onions and gorgonzola cheese, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil.
Fiorentina
San Marzano tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, sautéed garlic infused organic spinach. Topped with sun-dried tomato pesto and shaved parmesan cheese.
Funghi
Smoked Mozzarella with cremini mushrooms and onions sautéed in a garlic and bacon infused thyme cream sauce. Finished with crumbled applewood bacon and shaved parmesan cheese. Can be made vegetarian upon request.
Margherita
San Marzano tomato sauce and fresh mozzarella finished with fresh organic basil and a house made basil-olive oil pesto. (Our pesto is made nut free).
Pepperoni
San Marzano tomato sauce, Olli brand pepperoni and fresh mozzarella.
Pizza di Patate (Vegan)
Thinly sliced organic rosemary potatoes with a garlic infused olive oil. Finished with Maldon sea salt flakes. Also available with a vegan pesto base, please inquire about that option.
Salsiccia
San Marzano tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, Italian sausage, organic red onions slices and organic green bell peppers.
SopranoSan Marzano tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, Olli brand pepperoni and Soppressata Salami, and organic red onion slices. Finished with a dusting ofparmesan cheese and chopped sweet and spicy jalapeños.
Thai Garlic Chicken
Spicy Asian-inspired Chicken, with a blend of mozzarella and gruyere cheeses. Finished with organic green onions and toasted sesame seeds.

Field Green
Organic greens tossed with dried cranberries, house made spiced pecans and croutons, drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette.
Caesar
Crisp organic romaine lettuce topped with shaved parmesan cheese, sliced organic red onions, house made croutons, and a classic Caesar dressing.
