The PeteZeria Forno Story
My parents, Peter and EdnaMae Campanile, were the proud owners and operators of Tower Delicatessen in Burlingame, CA from 1955 to 1995. From a young age, I eagerly lent a hand, learning the ins and outs of the business from my parents and my two brothers. As I grew, so did my passion for preparing food from scratch and catering events of all sizes.
After my time in Burlingame, I ventured into the food industry with Gallo Salame, gaining experience in spice blending, procurement, production, and management. However, my heart longed for a family-run business.
Driven by this desire, I founded PeteZeria Forno in 2008. With the support of my family we operate a mobile, wood-fired pizza business based in Belmont, CA. Our Neapolitan-style pizzas are crafted with imported and locally sourced, organic ingredients, ensuring a memorable culinary experience for your event.
