We Come to You!

We will arrive at your venue 1 hour to 1.5 hours prior to the start of the party to ensure adequate time for set up of our cooking area. A 20ft x 20ft space is required, as well as a 110v outlet.

Service time is up to 2 hours from the time the first pizzas are fired. Please keep in mind this is a consecutive two hours with no breaks or pauses due to speeches, cake cutting, etc.

All pizzas are served buffet style to the table area of your choosing, or right at our tent. We have an open kitchen area where your guests can view our production and chat with us.

We can cater events up to 80 people. Anything over we highly recommend an additional food truck or option is also used alongside us to be sure your guests all get served around the same time. 

 

A $250 deposit is required upon booking our services. This deposit is non-refundable. Remaining balance is due on the day of the event. 

Payment options are check or cash only. No virtual payments are accepted. By paying your deposit you are agreeing to the terms of services below.

Our current days available to book us are Saturdays and Sundays AM or PM events, and Friday evenings. We do not offer weekday (Monday-Thursday) parties. No exceptions- we work day jobs outside of our love of pizza catering. 

Pricing:

$1,775.00 for a two (2) hour event length and up to twenty five (25) guests. We are happy to welcome additional guests at an additional $25 per person. Please let us know about kids ages 5 and under as we price differently.

This includes four (4) pizza selections from our menu.

 

We can also provide basic paper plates and cutlery for your event for an additional fee and prior agreement.

Salads: 

Salads are priced at $200 for twenty five (25) people. The salad can feed the first 25 guests, with additional servings being $8.00 per person.

       

 

Our Service Area

Venues located within a 25 mile radius of Belmont, CA are at no additional fee. Locations outside the 25 mile radius may require a fee for extra travel expenses and time. This will be discussed during booking. We currently do not service the east bay, northern California or anything past San Jose. 

 

 

Covid Safety: Our staff is all fully vaccinated, boosted, and will wear masks. We do our best to keep you safe and appreciate all you do to keep us safe as well.

Term of Service and Payment Agreement

​Your event date is considered booked once the non refundable deposit check has been obtained and a confirmation of its arrival has been emailed to you. By paying your deposit you are agreeing to all of our service terms. We require a final head count and menu selections no later than one week prior to the date of your event. Changes to the menu and/or guest count less than 48 hours prior to event require a verbal or written approval from Pete or Gina, which may result in additional fees. There will be a cancellation fee of 50% of your invoice for parties cancelled three or less days prior the event date. 

 

Payment in full is required at the end of our service on the day of the event. 

Cash or check are the only forms of payment we accept. We do not accept electronic payments. Thank you for your understanding.  Checks can only be made out to Peter Campanile.

PeteZeria Forno is not responsible for bodily injury, property, or consequential damage, which may result from products/services provided. We will treat your home or event space with care as if it were our own. 

PeteZeria Forno's products (contain, and/or) are made in a kitchen which also processes: wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, and nuts. We recommend those with severe allergies obtain items from kitchens catered to severe allergy restrictions. The Client is responsible for making note and pointing out to guests’ all potential allergy hazards. PeteZeria Forno will communicate their ability to accommodate allergy restrictions.

If you have a severe gluten allergy, such as celiac, we will not be able to provide any of our items as there is no way to prevent cross contamination of flour at the event. We take allergies very seriously and do not want to cause any reactions or flare ups to our guests. 

PeteZeria Forno reserves the right to use all photographs, video, and other content of the event for advertising purposes.

Clients understand that PeteZeria Forno will start serving at the time agreed upon when booking. We allow up to a 30 minute delay for the case of late guests, etc. If client decides after we've already arrived and set up that they want us to start serving more than 30+ minutes after the agreed upon service time they may be met with additional fees for staff wait time.
